Pick your favorite jacket pattern from "Favorite Things" pattern company, and make your new favorite jacket! This is a great class for beginners all the way to advanced sewers because we can tailor the class to fit your skill level. This is also a serger-friendly class,
if you have a serger. Check out the Favorite Things website (www.favoritethings.net), choose the Frayed Jacket, Tailored Jacket, Mandarin Jacket, Uptown Coat, or the Shawl Jacket. Can be quilted as in the store samples, or just made
simply lined.

Class Supplies: In this class, you will make a professional-looking jacket with style!
- Pattern - All Sizes 4-22 included. Choose one pattern:
- The Shawl Jacket
- The Hooded Jacket
- The Little Hooded Jacket (Boys' and Girls' and Infant Sizes)
- Choose fabric and supplies as per the pattern back. You'll probably want us to help you pick out a suitable fabric, and it should be pre-washed before class. A good quality 100% cotton fabric is required for good results, even if this is your first project.

- Sewing machine in good working order
- Edge Stitch Foot for your sewing machine
- Basic sewing supplies to go with your machine
- Glass head pins
- Air erasable fabric marker (purple or blue) or Chalk fabric marker
- Sharp Scissors (small point)
- Thread to match
- Rotary Cutting mat
- Rotary Cutter (If you don't have a rotary cutter and mat, bring a pair of dressmaking shears (big, sharp fabric scissors)
