Yes, you CAN sew circles into seams without appliqueing them! Although the pattern shows both ways of sewing circles, we will focus on sewing them into the seams. It's not as hard as you think, but there are some tricks that Robin will show you that will make it a lot easier.

This full skirt will be your new favorite because it's so "swishy!" The only skill you truly need is a little patience for the gathering, but guess what?! If you can use a ruffler or gathering attachment on your sewing machine or serger, you won't even need to
have patience! Robin will show you the easy way to get this skirt done in a hurry (hint: pattern instructions are for wimps). Trust us, they're like potato chips once you get started... you can't make just one. We'll use the Bohemian Skirt pattern from
Favorite Things, which features a bias cut yoke for a flattering tummy area. Supply List!

Learn the shortcuts for making a camp shirt. Either use your sewing machine or your serger, as you will learn some great tricks if you have a serger. This flattering camp shirt is multi-sized, from size 4 to 22. A perfect summer shirt! Once you learn how to
make these, you'll find yourself making many more. More advanced sewers may wish to alter the pattern with Robin's help, to add details such as pintucks, sleeve ruffles, embroidery, etc..
Kids Quilt Camp

Take a super-heavy decorative thread, put it in your bobbin case, adjust the tensions (wait! what? We're going to adjust our tensions?!), and play with your machine's decorative stitches. Then, chop it all up, sew it back together, and get this cute bobbin work sampler. Karen
will take the fear out of adjusting your bobbin tensions, while showing you a new technique to show off your stitches. Any machine can be used in this class.

Using your Bernina Software Designer Plus Version 6, students will explore printing templates for perfect placement and stitching out a template for plastic guide. We will go over marking x and y axis lines and digitizing placement lines. Recite the golden rules for hooping.
Students will also gain confidence with multi-hooping.
