Due to limited staff, and limited time during our appointments, in-store appointments are for fabric and notions shopping only. If you'd like to talk about purchasing a new machine or cabinet, we would love for you to email us at ashevillecottonco@gmail.com instead. This is the best way to answer all your questions and help you narrow down your decision. Thank you!

In-Store Appointments Info

Thanks for signing up to come see us!  Here are a few things to remember:

1) We will be wearing masks for you. Please wear a mask for us. If you have a question or special need regarding this, please email us at ashevillecottonco@gmail.com. If you do not have a mask, please let us know ahead of time and we will make one for you.

2) We will ask you to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands when you arrive.

3) Please remember to maintain a safe distance (6 feet) from others in the store.

4) If you have a fever or cough prior to your appointment, or feel unwell in general; or if you have been exposed to the virus, please email us at ashevillecottonco@gmail.com to let us reschedule your appointment. We'll work out your shopping experience some other way!

5) There are picnic tables next door so other members of your group will have a place to wait outside if they'd like. Your reservation is for you only. Please don't make reservations for people who will not be shopping.

6) If you can't make your appointment, please email us at ashevillecottonco@gmail.com so we can free up your spot.

7) If your project is extensive, email us ahead of time so we can collaborate with you to gather up some fabrics before you arrive. We've been doing this a lot for customers.

8) We know thirty minutes is a short time! We have built in 15 minutes to finalize your purchases. Please keep to the schedule, as others may be waiting.

9) We reserve the right to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. This is an experiment at the moment, so things might change or go haywire. We will contact you if they do!
