Laura Heine pattern, Perfect Form Pattern

Fabric- the more fabric the better!!

Fussy cutting, fabric with flowers. Background of fabric is not important, the flowers are!

Bring a variety of flower colors, light and dark.

Fabric that has flowers in various sizes (large, medium and small).

Small amounts of a lot of fabric works great! Don’t forget to look in your scrap fabric bag.

Underlay fabric- this is the fabric that will be the shape of your female silhouette, and may peek through your collage. The underlay fabric can be solid or print, but shouldn’t take away from your collage design when peeking through.

Background – please come to class with your background sewn together.

Perfect Form pattern details the amount of each background fabric you need (photo on pattern, the background fabric is the various shades of gray fabric behind female silhouette).

Pattern ease or Cotton Voile (34x27”) - use pattern ease or solid color voile to build your collage, this will be considered the foundation piece.

Embellishments you would like to add to your collage, not required but nice touch (crystals, buttons, charms, etc.).
