In just two fun sessions, you’ll learn the basics of threading, stitching, and caring for your machine... and then make your first project: a pillowcase!
Session 1:
- Meet the parts of your machine (from take-up lever to feed dogs)
- Learn the care and feeding of your machine (how to keep it happy and healthy)
- Practice sewing straight lines on paper
- Stitch on real fabric (finally!)
- Make your very first project: a custom pillowcase!
Class fee includes a spool of Mettler thread and enough fabric (your choice!) to make your pillowcase -- a $20 value.
