Quick Curve Ruler (QCR)
8 half yards assorted print fabric* (*The pattern calls for 8 fat quarters, but it also assumes the fat quarter is at least 22" wide, which they almost never are, so the teacher Ginny strongly recommends half yards)
2 1/2yds background fabric
1/2yd binding
3yds backing

Homework
Everyone cut the first step - under general cutting it is sample 1 or 2 (2 is if you bought 10” precut squares).
If you are a pretty experienced quilter, you can continue on with the steps for cutting with the QCR ruler, stopping at the end of page 2.
