We’re doing something different this year for our Annual ACC Stash Bash!
Over the years, our customers and staff have raised tens of thousands of dollars for local charities through community events and creative giving. This year, instead of our usual raffle, we’re hosting an online and in-person silent auction to raise funds for Santa Pal—a long-running local outreach program that provides toys, coats, and food to hundreds of Western North Carolina children each holiday season.
Santa Pal began in 1937 and continues today thanks to generous community volunteers.
All auction items were donated by our amazing customers—a wonderful reminder of how creativity and kindness can stitch a community together.
We’ll kick off the holiday season with a live silent auction at Asheville Cotton Co. We'll start taking bids at 3pm on November 20th, and end with pens down at 6pm sharp! You’ll find sewing goodies at unbeatable prices—from fabric and patterns to half-finished quilts and completed quilt tops. We also have a few special items including sewing machines, a Cutie Quilting Frame and a Cricut cutter with tons of accessories.
Each item will start with a minimum bid during the live event. Some of the bigger pieces also have a reserve, which is the amount we hope to raise for that item. If the live bidding doesn’t reach that goal, the item will move to an online auction for a second chance at finding its new home.
When everything wraps up, the highest bid overall—live or online—wins. Easy as that!
